how do maintainers generally deal with stale NACKs? i don't think i'll get to rereviewing this soon, but if my concern is addressed (it seems like it is) then it shouldn't block the PR anymore either?

pinheadmz: I was investigating #34731 with a new fuzzer that uses https://github.com/dergoegge/bedrock, and I think it found a bug in the new http server.

Not sure if this is the same as #34731 (which was reported while we still had the libevent version) but the symptom is similar.
