Hello, taking a look at the source code I noticed that nodes could either be flagged as "NoBan" or some nodes could get banned. How does that happen?

RaphaelH: You can whitelist certain nodes, look for the documentation on the -whitelist/-whitebind options

Hello! Is the recommendation of 2GB of RAM still accurate? I'm running the daemon with `MALLOC_ARENA_MAX=1 ./bin/bitcoind -dbcache=90 -maxmempool=60` and my Ubuntu VM with 2GB of RAM still kills it due to OOM after a few hours or days. My other machine reports 1GB of RSS for my mainnet and 2GB (!) of RSS for my testnet process, which doesn't even have any inbounds. Why is there such a difference between the mainnet and testnet and
<PickChea>
what's taking up so much memory if it's not the dbcache or mempool?

<sipa>
testnet has 2.8 million blocks, just the headers for that (iirc ~200 bytes per header) is already significant
<PickChea>
sipa: Those are in-memory? I see, thanks!
