Found that one tweet had some flags. Is this acceptable even for bitcoin core pull requests? If I post flag emojis will that be enough to NACK a pull request?

bytes1440000: on contributor collecting what they think are (n)acks for a particular proposal does not mean that bitcoin core "agrees" with that opinion or accepts the supposed (n)acks

<hebasto>
is `23.x` branch open for v23.1 backports?
<achow101>
it's been about a month since the last wallet meeting
<achow101>
does anyone have anything to discuss?
<achow101>
there are no pre-proposed topics
<kanzure>
hi
<Murch>
hi
<Murch>
Well, I have one
<achow101>
go ahead
<Murch>
I've been thinking a lot about simulation scenarios to evaluate coin selection changes and other wallet amendments.
<Murch>
We've gotten a few donations of payment scenarios (essentially lists of incoming and outgoing payments)
<Murch>
What I'm still on the lookout for is a list of payments combined with their feerates. If someone has that and would like to allow us to use it, that would be rad
<Murch>
Basically any wallet that has seen a few thousand payments would be pertinent.
<Murch>
Especially interested in a wallet by someone living on bitcoin
<achow101>
also if you know anyone who might be willing to share
<Murch>
Obviously, amounts can be slightly fuzzified for privacy, and we can arrange to receive the data out-of-band to protect the identity of the donor
<Murch>
Since we're just interested in payment amounts and associated feerates, it doesn't have to have been a Bitcion Core wallet
<Murch>
And I think with slight fuzzification of either, even if provided in the correct order, it shouldn't be much of a privacy leak
<Murch>
We have a couple enterprise wallets now, a list of incoming payments from a merchant
<Murch>
so some individual would be a nice diversification
<Murch>
Also, I'm generally thinking a lot about what sort of payment scenarios and feerate sequences would be good to evaluate against to make sure the Bitcoin Core wallet does reasonably well in a variety of circumstances. So if anyone enjoys pondering that, please feel free to get in touch.
<Murch>
thank
<Murch>
* thanks

sipa has done the BEST in terms of contribution even without anyone asking for responsibilities. its difficult for devs who are genius and into protocol dev. he deserves lot of respect
<liberacore>
there are lot of issues with bitcoin soft fork process and i cannot solve this tonight. one suggestion: if everyone could participate without politics maybe that helps
<liberacore>
and jeremy is not attacker, anyone doing this on social media who was even advocating for chainalysis should look at his own face in mirror maybe in morning
<liberacore>
please dont block something for some reasons that are not even acceptable in core repo, allow devs to write code and users can decide the code they want to run
