13:25 <fjahr> JayG178: If an issue is taken but there has been no movement for a few weeks you can ping and ask if you can take it over. Maybe also check up for grabs. Otherwise I would recommend trying to review PRs and you will start to see opportunities for opening PRs yourself eventually.
